AfterCall Privacy Policy
AfterCall ("the app") is a caller ID, spam-blocking and auto-reply SMS app published by LT Tech.
1. What stays on your phone
We operate no server of our own, and we never receive your call numbers, messages or contacts.
- Call numbers are processed on the device only, to identify callers and screen out numbers you chose to block.
- Contacts are read on the device only, to display caller names and to make sure saved contacts are never blocked. They are never uploaded.
- Auto-reply messages are written by you, stored on your device, and sent only to the number of the call that just ended.
- Scam call protection (optional, off by default): when you turn it on, calls from numbers not in your contacts show a warning. If you enter a family number and a call with an unknown number lasts over 10 minutes, a short alert text (the caller number and call length) is sent from your phone to that number only. Nothing goes to us. The app never reads your text messages.
- Block lists, screening history and send history are stored only on your device.
2. When the app uses the internet
The app goes online for four purposes only:
- Google Play billing, to process a subscription and check whether yours is active. Payments are handled entirely by Google; we never see your payment details.
- Google Play update checks, so you are running the current version.
- Picture messages (MMS), handed to your mobile carrier for delivery like any messaging app. Carrier rates may apply.
- Ads (Google AdMob) for users on the free plan: a banner at the bottom of the home screen, and an optional reward ad shown only when you tap "Watch an ad". See section 3.
3. Advertising
Users on the free plan see ads from Google AdMob, a Google service: a banner on the home screen, and a reward ad only when they tap for one. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect device information such as the advertising ID, IP address, device model and how you interact with the ad. Google handles this under its own policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Ad privacy settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Google settings. Subscribers are never shown ads.
4. Permissions used
- Phone (READ_PHONE_STATE): to detect when a call starts and ends.
- Call screening role: to identify and block unwanted incoming calls. The app does not read your call log.
- Call redirection role (optional): to learn the number you dialled, so a message can follow calls you make. Calls are always placed exactly as dialled.
- Contacts (READ_CONTACTS): to show names for known callers and protect them from blocking.
- SMS (SEND_SMS): to send the auto-reply message you wrote, and, only if you turn on family alerts, a short warning text to the one family number you enter. No other SMS is ever sent.
- Reading SMS: the app does not read or receive your text messages and does not request that permission.
- Display over other apps (optional): to show the stranger-call warning on top of the incoming call screen.
- Internet and advertising ID: only for the purposes in sections 2 and 3.
- Notifications: to tell you when a call was blocked or a message was sent.
5. Free replies and subscriptions
The automatic reply is free for the first 5 messages. You can earn more by inviting others or by watching an optional ad (5 replies per ad, up to 3 ads a day). Unlimited replies require a subscription billed by Google Play, which you can cancel at any time in Google Play. Spam blocking, caller ID and the block list are free with no limit.
6. Data deletion
All app data lives on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently. Information Google collects for ads is governed by Google's policy above.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address.

AfterCall(이하 "앱")은 LT테크가 만든 발신자 확인·스팸 차단·통화 후 자동 문자 앱입니다.
1. 휴대폰 안에만 남는 정보
저희는 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이용자의 통화 번호·문자·주소록을 받지 않습니다.
- 통화 번호는 발신자 확인과 차단을 위해 기기 안에서만 처리됩니다.
- 주소록은 발신자 이름을 보여주고 저장된 연락처가 차단되지 않도록 기기 안에서만 읽습니다. 어디에도 올리지 않습니다.
- 자동 문자는 이용자가 직접 쓰고 기기에 저장되며, 방금 통화한 번호로만 발송됩니다.
- 사기 전화 보호(선택, 기본 꺼짐): 켜면 주소록에 없는 번호의 전화에 경고를 띄웁니다. 보호자 번호를 입력하면 모르는 번호와 10분 넘게 통화했을 때 짧은 알림 문자(건 번호와 통화 시간)가 이용자의 휴대폰에서 그 번호로만 발송됩니다. 저희에게 전달되는 것은 없습니다. 앱은 문자 메시지를 읽지 않습니다.
- 차단 목록·차단 기록·발송 기록은 기기에만 저장됩니다.
2. 앱이 인터넷을 쓰는 경우
앱은 다음 네 가지 경우에만 인터넷을 사용합니다.
- 구글 플레이 결제: 구독 결제와 구독 상태 확인. 결제는 구글이 처리하며 저희는 결제 정보를 보지 않습니다.
- 구글 플레이 업데이트 확인: 최신 버전을 쓰시도록 하기 위함.
- 사진문자(MMS): 일반 문자 앱처럼 통신사로 전달합니다. 통신사 요금이 적용될 수 있습니다.
- 광고(구글 애드몹): 무료 사용자에게 홈 화면 아래 배너 광고가 나오고, 보상 광고는 "광고 보고 받기"를 직접 눌렀을 때만 나옵니다. 3항을 참고하세요.
3. 광고
무료 사용자에게는 구글의 서비스인 구글 애드몹(Google AdMob)이 광고를 보여줍니다(홈 화면 배너, 그리고 직접 눌렀을 때만 나오는 보상 광고). 광고 제공·측정과 부정행위 방지를 위해 구글이 광고 ID, IP 주소, 기기 모델, 광고 반응 같은 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 구글의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
유럽경제지역·영국·스위스에서는 광고를 요청하기 전에 먼저 동의를 받으며, 설정 > 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 광고 ID는 휴대폰의 구글 설정에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 구독 중인 이용자에게는 광고가 나오지 않습니다.
4. 사용하는 권한
- 전화(READ_PHONE_STATE): 통화 시작과 종료를 감지합니다.
- 통화 스크리닝 역할: 원치 않는 수신 전화를 확인하고 차단합니다. 통화 기록은 읽지 않습니다.
- 통화 리디렉션 역할(선택): 거신 번호를 알아내 발신 통화 후에도 문자를 보낼 수 있게 합니다. 통화는 항상 누른 번호 그대로 걸립니다.
- 주소록(READ_CONTACTS): 아는 발신자의 이름을 보여주고 차단되지 않게 합니다.
- 문자 발송(SEND_SMS): 이용자가 쓴 자동 문자를 보냅니다. 보호자 알림을 켠 경우에만 이용자가 입력한 보호자 번호 하나로 짧은 경고 문자를 보냅니다. 그 밖의 문자는 보내지 않습니다.
- 문자 읽기: 앱은 받은 문자를 읽거나 수신하지 않으며, 그 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
- 다른 앱 위에 표시(선택): 모르는 번호 전화 경고를 전화 화면 위에 띄우기 위해 사용합니다.
- 인터넷·광고 ID: 2항과 3항의 목적에만 사용합니다.
- 알림: 전화가 차단되었거나 문자가 발송되었음을 알려줍니다.
5. 무료 발송과 구독
자동 문자는 처음 5회 무료입니다. 다른 사람을 초대하거나 선택형 광고를 보면 더 받을 수 있습니다(광고 1회당 5회, 하루 3회까지). 무제한 발송은 구글 플레이 구독이 필요하며, 구글 플레이에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 스팸 차단·발신자 확인·차단 목록은 횟수 제한 없이 무료입니다.
6. 데이터 삭제
앱 데이터는 모두 기기에 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 영구적으로 지워집니다. 광고를 위해 구글이 수집한 정보는 위 구글 정책을 따릅니다.
7. 아동
이 앱은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
8. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 새 버전을 이 주소에 게시합니다.
